San Francisco Food and Beverage Photographer

Cool drinks, yummy food, and funky interior seating, oh my! What more could this San Francisco food and beverage photographer possibly ask for?

Photographing this York Street Cafe popup at Shuggie’s Trash Pie + Natural Wine was so much fun! I was able to get creative with utilizing the restaurant’s nooks and crannies as backgrounds, as well as interact with dinner guests to capture their dining experience.

The gear I used were my trusty Canon 5D Mark IV and Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT. Using a flash allows for a high contrast, intensely colorful look that I’m a big fan of!

I love how these food and drink images turned out. I focused on a mix of action shots, hero images, and event ambiance, and experimented with a variety of angles.

One of my favorite shots is this couple cheersing above their dog… it’s giving Dogue!

Let’s give it up for our stars of the night, Pillow Thief, Early Girl, and Lucky Twin [left to right].
